Keno Schemes That Work

July 3rd, 2023 at 21:25

It will not generally be considered the best game in the universe of gaming, but keno has massive amounts of dedicated fans. And so it should! It’s a routinely exciting lotto-like game that’s a breeze to master, abundantly available in many alternate styles, and one that will pay out millions of dollars for people who learn its numerous subtle intricacies. But let’s deal with the basic facts for now.

When describing keno to beginners, some betting connoisseurs compare it to the lottery. This is at least in part apt, in that each game is basically numerical. However, to carry that comparison too far will be to misunderstand the endless unique characteristics that make keno so interesting. Unlike bingo, keno users have the freedom to pick the numbers for every card.

Keno cards have a grand total of eighty numbers, but the player is furnished with an increased degree of personal responsibility by being able to determine as many (or as few) numbers as she feels they need. And it doesn’t take a nuclear physicist to ascertain how to fill out a card: all you do is circle or otherwise mark each of your picked numbers with a good old#2 pencil like you had back in school.

Once you have picked your numbers, carry the keno card back to the girl at the keno stand. The clerk will record your numbers and then hand you a receipt. Do not drop this (potentially) valuable piece of paper! Even if the clerk remembers your mug and would like to help out, without a winning ticket on you, you will get precisely $.00 for your winning card.

And there you have strategy #1: always take care to keep your keno ticket. Let us go on to something a tiny bit more useful, ok?

Now that you’ve picked out your numbers, get yourself into a comfortable keno booth and see the action take place on the video monitor. This is where the winning numbers appear for all to see. If you have winners, mark your card appropriately. Be sure not to dilly dally, or sit there praising yourself for an obnoxious length of time. You want to get back to the keno stand to get your winnings, and a new drawing will surely start within a few minutes.

Strategy #2: always go back to the keno stand on time!

Since you can’t trust yourself to meet that five-minute deadline each time, you always have the option of purchasing a "multi-race" card. These include the self same set of your selected numbers on anywhere from two to 20 tickets. When the max amount of rounds (fitting the number of tickets) is played, you should then get off your numb butt and go retrieve your winnings.

Still another alternative is recognized as a "stray and play" keno ticket, which generally lets you make number picks for thirty rounds or more. Hell, you can take vacation to France and not have to get uptight about getting back in time to get your numbers. Most "stray and play" game tickets are good for up to a whole year after it’s purchased!

So now you have learned several needed schemes for winning keno. If you are an advanced user, they may seem to be quite obvious. But it does not hurt to bone up on the basic tactics, and if you are a novice user, every bit of direction will help make your keno betting more exciting.
